REVIEW China Glaze Polish in Strawberry Fields.

brownstripe 159
China Glaze Strawberry Fields from the Summer Days Collection is the other latest addition to my collection. (see entire collection here)  As I mentioned yesterday I don't have many China Glaze polishes and I have to say it is a DAMN shame. They are fantastic! China Glaze like Essie on me at least, tend to wear off the ends before it actually chips. This polish is VERY multi dimensional. It has very micro fine gold shimmer (not to be confused with hard to remove glitter)

I tried to move the bottle at an angle that you could see all the dimension. Because this polish isn't totally opaque I put on 3 coats. It looked good at two but since my nails are a bit stained from a black I added a third for more coverage. (But it is unnecessary) Dave picked out this pink because I and my friend Emily noticed my collection was really lacking the berry department. It was hilarious that he picked a Strawberry without knowing it. It reminded me so much of strawberries I did a little freehand strawberry on my thumb.

This polish retails for $5.99 depending on your area. It is cheaper on Amazon.

That polish is beautiful and now I want it. (I guess that means your review was effective!)

We have a Strawberry Festival every year near my home, which is a three-day excuse to eat tons of fried food (yes, fried strawberries, as well as strawberry salsa, doughnuts, and other craziness). Your thumb reminds me of the strawberries they paint on the streets to lead you to the fairgrounds...

Thanks everyone. I have to say it is much more pink in real life.

There is a strawberry festival yearly where i grew up but it is more of a one day thing with crafts not a carnival. I wish it was a carnival. oooh funnel cake....
