What's with the cattitude? OPI Shrek Collection REVIEW

I always think I did such a good job cleaning up my nails and then I take pictures and blow them up and reality sets in. I need new glasses. Anyways......

Remember how I told you I got 2 polishes from the Shrek Forever After collection? You have already seen Funky Dunkey well here is the other which shall forever be known as
my "Favorite named polish the history of polishes"

What's with the cattitude?
I ordered it on Amazon for about half the price of in the stores. (well once you pay shipping you end up saving a little over a dollar a polish) Unless you have a special OPI hookup then I say HOOK ME UP DUDE! The color is light blue (SHOCKER) and it actually is different than a lot of the blues out there. It is more of a true light blue without green in it. I actually took these pictures with my good DSLR which is closest to reality as I can show you. I usually use my point and shoot because it is a good little camera and the Rebel is HEAVY but apparently I broke my 9 month old point and shoot yesterday (Luckily I bought the protection plan. Off to Canon it goes)

I find pastels inherently harder to apply than other colors. They show mistakes in application the most and chips are more obvious. I like a very opaque look and this needed 3 coats to get it to look like this. One more coat then I like to do because it takes longer to dry. (I always slap Seche Vite on top which usually dries it to touch at 5 minutes totally in 10) I feel like I am a senior in highschool wearing powder blue but at least now I have better hair and a hot boy (well technically I did meet him my senior year.....) I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a fun color to paint their toes for the onset of sandal season. If you are anal about perfection and you want to wear on your hands this might not be the one for you. On your feet though at 5 feet away you won't notice the mistakes.

I gotta say though any polish named after this face is ace in my book.

Thanks so much for the review and for the tip off about amazon! I'd never thought to order nail polish from them. I just ordered the Funky Dunkey and a couple of other OPI colors.

You know, I usually go for nail polishes with shimmer (because I'm mistake-prone) so originally when I started reading this review, I didn't think I would really want this polish. But once you said something about toes....now I REALLY want it. You're right I think this would be adorable for a pedicure!
