I'm late! I'm late for a very important blog post!!!

No time to say hello goodbye I'm late! Well be late no more with this gorgeous pocket watch scarf! CSN stores was kind enough to gift me this AMAZING Thomas Paul scarf for review and...........
is the suspense terrible?
...........
................
and they gave me one to giveaway! Well honestly they offered me something to review and being the great girl I am I asked if I could pick something for half the cost and give the other one away?!! See don't say I never did anything for you. And you might actually still be late if you go by this clock. Just saying.

My thoughts:
The scarf is a thick cotton and it feels really really nice. It feels New Englandy to me. Thick warm cotton with the slightest aged color to it. And can we talk about the picture??!! You know I love to wear men's wear styled vests with a pocket watch? Well this with a cute little dress makes me feel like I walked out of Alice in Wonderland. Now the reason you aren't seeing it on me is because the scarf showed up in the middle of of my tragic week and I honestly am having a hard time taking a picture and not getting upset. But I have worn it and got a few smiles on the street. But this isn't about me it's about the scarf. It is is top notch quality and I love the steampunk-osity-ness-iammakingupwords to it. I like wearing it with the back of the watch over my shoulder.

OK the rules.
1. This giveaway is only open to the US and Canada. (Sorry internationals but I personally have given away multiple things over seas so you aren't hurting!)
2. Please leave a comment and an email address. In the comment tell me one thing you like that I do on the blog and want to see more of or something you would like me to do.
3. One comment per person please.

Any multiple comments or incomplete entries will be deleted. (So I can put a random number in the number generator)

Edited to add. I am going to let gram draw the number of the winner this weekend! So lets have all entries in my 5pm on Saturday April 10th!

I like it when you post outfits that you wore in the past next to your current outfit. It's fun to see how your style has changed :)

I love when you review nail polishes because good, but not too expensive, nail polishes are hard to find. I've taken your advice a few times and it's never failed! -Adeline

Love that scarf! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog. I love how (even though I don't know you) I can hear you talking through your writing. Besides your amazing outfits, I love it when you post about makeup! I would love for you to maybe make a post about your absolute favorite products (foundation, blush, lip products, eyeshadow, brushes, favorite go to brands, etc). You always look fresh, young, and adorable!!!!

Just ONE thing I like that you do!!?? Uhm....lets see........I in general, for a fashion blog, I like that you pay attention to detail. There are other fashion blogs I read that don't give us the make up or accessory shots that you do, or if they do they are poor quality. It's much more helpful to get really nice detail shots when trying to recreate a look at home.

Ohh man I LOOVE this scarf. I saw it a while ago (I don't remember where) and just about fell out of my chair.

I really like when you talk about the smaller details - your nails, your bag charms, your makeup collections. A lot of blogs (hey, mine included) don't go into that stuff but sometimes it's the most fun!

I will delete this later so it doesn't screw up the numbers but I wanted to reply because some of you don't have profiles.

Kelly its because I am the friend who wants to go through your purse so I figure if I show you mine....

Melissa thank you that is very sweet of you.

CLO you know my thoughts on the matter. ha. This is not a fashion blog. I just happen to love fashion.

adeline I have a few colors to post about! thanks.

thanks everyone.

Megan I think you should buy a monkey.

I like when you do a weekly roundup of your outfits, with the 5 pictures all next to each other. It's fun to see if there was an unofficial theme you were going for that week!

I love that scarf! I agree, it's very New Englandish.

I like your outfit pictures (of course!), and I really like your product reviews. I'd like to see more of those, because I'm way more likely to buy something I've seen reviewed from a real person, and you seem very real and trustworthy.

I love the questions you have at the end of the posts - I'm frequently hesitant to answer, though I have been trying more lately! It's a nice way to get to know someone as a person, rather than as just a closet!

There's really so much that you do that I appreciate on your blog.

I appreciate that you explain things in terms so simple that even a man can understand.

I appreciate the simple beauty that you throw at us each day. Your self, your fashion, your photography.

I very much appreciate your direct and forthright manner.

I like the variety of topics covered.

I know you aren't the most patient or tolerant of idiots, but you are more so than we deserve.

Ahem. Bangs of Glory.

Your writing style almost always pleases my nitpicky reading habits. You gots good grammar.

You are out there... giving us a peek at a real person, and I like that person very much.

So. Yeah. I have disqualified myself by listing more than one thing that I like about your blog. I'm pedantic and I know that about myself. BUT, I wanted you to know that I value you and your blog. So. Yeah.

Hello! Elissa the lurker here, saying hello for the chance to win a beautiful scarf. Not even sure how I found your blog, but now I check it almost every day.

I love your outfit posts and covet most of your shoes. I tend to come back just to see what you're wearing each day AND what your nails look like. Best nails ever.

Sorry about your pops, by the way. I don't know you and have never talked to you, but you've been in my thoughts.

I'm here for the kitties, I'm kidding, haha :)! One thing I like is your nail polish reviews.

I love the reviews of products, especially nailpolishes. It is so nice to know that a real person (not sponsored) is vetting a product.

I'd to know a bit more about your shopping process- how do you find such great deals on shoes, in particular.

Love your blog!! Love that you get the daily picture of what you are wearing! Love the Konad nails!!!!!!!! Thanks for being a source of daily entertainment!

1- Thanks for letting us Canadians participate... yay!

2- I love how you are a totally genuine person, basically talking about anything that's on your mind. We feel there's a very "personal" touch, as opposed to blogs who are just about fashion, but without any personality. I also like to read about what you do on weekends and stuff like that, and discover great places! Also, I never get tired of kitties. Never.

Thanks for the giveaway! :D

I like that you find, wear, and review the most beautiful comfortable shoes. For a girl with very girly tastes, you don't usually seem to be killing yourself in spindly heels. I love that you show how to wear somewhat more sensible, and always adorable, shoes with girly fashion. More posts about your shoe choices and how they work with your wardrobe are always appreciated.

I wish that was true. Most my shoes are 4 inch some 5 inch heels. I have some flats and I am working on getting more but I got a ton of big heels. I get most them with platforms which makes them feel shorter and I put innersoles in them. I also like to get the nike air technology ones.
All of these have platforms which makes a big difference

I really love how you do your best to get your readers to "converse" with you. In the form of asking questions at the end of each post and your quizes. Makes your blog more friendly, intimate, can't find the right word I am looking for.

I've recently become a nail junkie, so I am a fan of the konad posts. Do your kitties bother you when you're trying to do that? I can just see one of mine in particular trying to "help". I really enjoy your blog as it is. I don't have a lot of suggestions as to what to add. Maybe more detail on makeup, as I'm a makeup junkie too!

One thing I love about your blog is the tone -- your posts sound like you talking, not overly formal, very unique and honest and open and funny. Visiting your blog is like meeting a friend for tea and cupcakes and being inspired by her great style. :)

I am new to the blogging world myself-can't seem to get myself really going on it-but I will say that I check yours daily. If I have to pick just one thing that I like about your blog I guess it would be your attention to the details-jewelry, shoes, belts, nails, etc. You always look so put together and that has encouraged me to do the same for myself. It is amazing what a perfect accessory can do for my mood!

Besides your sneaky pictures of your daily outfits at work, I like when you talk about things you and Dave do together--like the times you made eyeshadow colors or when you search for great gluten free food.

(My neighborhood is mostly Jewish, and there is a loaf of chocolate gluten free bread--maybe cake--that is very popular during passover. Every time I see it, I think to tell you about it.)
