This top photo that face is me totally getting caught by someone walking by for the first time. So far up here I had avoided someone catching me taking the photo. I have gotten caught setting up but this was mid timer.

I have had these boots since I think 2003. I know I had them in my last apt and I moved 4 years ago. My sister in law and I were both at my in laws (must of been years then!) and when she wasn't looking I tried her boots on and then had to hunt down my own pair. They are a bit too big now. Did you know when you lose weight your feet shrink?? Oddly I wore an 8.5 since high school and I was THIN in high school then in past two years my feet are now a 7. I weigh probably 40 lbs more than in hig school but about 25 less than I did 3 years ago. Weird right? I am keeping the boots I don't care if they are a bit too long now.
I love picnik the photo editing partner of Flickr. While I know photoshop I like the ease of picnik. I made myself vampireish in picnik then brought it into potatoshop for some lomocrossprocessing love.
I think it came out hilarious. I think it needs to be my new icon.

I am reading book 6 of the P.C Cast House of Night series. Its fluffy very silly fun. Not highbrow by any means but I love it. I am reading the ebook of it. It is fun just getting a little reading in here and there on the T or waiting in line for dressing rooms. But I am almost done so I need book suggestions!

I'm reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon (but the French version). I started this morning, but so far it looks very good.
I'm also reading some French comics from Manu Larcenet but I don't think they've been translated.

Love the vampy pic!! I am on the 4th book in the same House of Night Series. I almost feel guilty reading right now because I should be reading for my Real Estate Class or another winner of a book called "The Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part 1" which is 600 pages!
I'm always afraid of sounding so elitist when I say it, but I'm reading Jane Eyre and I'm loving it. I'm also reading Feel Good, a self-help cognitive behaviorial book.

I'm reading Stranger in a Strange Land right now, but next on my list is Napoleon's Buttons which I've heard a lot of rave reviews about.
For lighter reading over the summer I read The Girl with a Pearl Earring which I thought was pretty good.
I'm reading The Kommandant's Girl right now. It is great.
I like those PC Cast books. Definitely mental junk food, but fun! I need to add the latest one to my library hold list.

chelsea my sil loaned me that book YEARS ago and it has been on my shelf. I think I need to get it down and actually read it finally! I feel bad I still have it!
I am trying to get in all the book reading I can before xmas to show santa how wise an investment the nook is. ha!
