MAC? Oh yes please

I had an appointment with my favorite MAC artist Penny today at Saks in the Prudential Center. I told her I wanted something fun, not my usual style and I am not afraid of anything except dark lips. (Way to much of a red head in coloring for it)

It was a bonus evening. MAC is one block from Dave's school so I called and begged him to meet me for some quick dinner before his classes!

I had Dave snap a pic of me at dinner because I knew I wouldn't get a chance to until much later and I would of messed it up by then.

For the eyes she used a black with pink/purple shimmer eyeshadow called Young Punk Style Black collection and V a purple greasepaint stick from the D2Squared collection I said to Penny during out play time how when ever I do photoshoots with wicked black smokey eye he always comments how much he loves it. First thing he said when he saw me "OMG I LOVE IT" I know my husband!

I wish I had better photos for you but by the time I got home it was dark outside and any photos taken in my cave apartment would be worse than this! If you are looking for something fun to try and out of the norm I suggest checking out the Style Black and D2Squared collections. They looks scary but some of the things are really wearable. The purple greasepaint stick is SO pretty. I might have to go back with the blue one after my birthday!

You look so pretty! You can wear make up so well! I'm always slightly intimidated by the people at MAC, but I suppose I should get over it, because clearly they know what they're talking about.

I've never gotten my makeup professionally done, but if they could get me in a smokey eye that looks as good as yours, I might have to try it! I loves me some eyeliner, so maybe I should checkout that greasepaint stick business.

It looks great!

I've only ever had freebie on-the-fly "pro" makeup application (like at a makeup counter or something) but it always ends up awful for me. I'm jealous it actually worked out super hot for you!

That top picture of you is amazing! Your skin looks absolutely perfect. And you already know I love the eye makeup.
